  As a loyal customer (almost daily) I've been super disappointed with this location as of late. Today I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and caramel macchiato half sweet. As well as two sandwiches. Both drinks were made wrong (not half sweet) one was cold and the other was 3/4 full. They tried to give me the wrong sandwich twice and then claimed it was discontinued, and only after I said it was in the display did they happen to find one. And then to top it off the forgot they forgot the other sandwich. Not cool for a 20 dollar order.

  Got to the drive through window at 6:59am on a Saturday. They open at 7am. Honestly I think they could have served me. The two girls inside completely ignored me. Horrible service. Go to the wolf willow starbucks Instead. They are much friendlier. And they make better coffee.

  Walked in, no one acknowledged me. Overheard a conversation about an employee giving his notice today. Ordered a yogurt and a Carmel macchiato. Sat down while they made my drink as barista did take my name. Waited for name to be called but am in no rush. Went up to counter after about 5 minutes and after again waiting for one of the 5 associates to acknowledge me, I mentioned that my drink must have been forgotten. They found my sticker for drink instructions had not been pulled. I said I was in no rush, no big deal and sat down again. They called my name about 2 seconds later, they had put the sticker on an already made drink. I asked if this was just made as it didn't feel hot anymore. One man offered to remake the drink. I appreciated that gesture even though he seemed somewhat irritated. Initially, my name was not called and they did not call out the drink name. I don't expect a lot, but I do expect way more than what I received today. Very disappointed.

  I have only used the drive-thru so can't speak to in-store service, but the drive-thru staff are quick and my order is always prepared accurately.

  Staff is always nice to me here. I drop in for coffee once in a while. If I'm not mistaken, this location closes earlier than a regular Starbucks.
