  Its always hit and miss at this one.. lately more of a miss where cashiers tell you how it works.. they only pour your coffee you mix your own milk and sugar... Hello Its starbucks!!! or you can take the drivethru!. some of the staff is helpful and others are just bitchy in the mornings
