  This smitteys in particular refuses to serve handicap ppl for nodding their head down at the bar. I have traatic brain injury which at times and these ppl have known this of me for the past 9yrs and yet they barred me for nodding my head down in pain and accused me of sleeping at the bar in the lounge area . Karen was the waitress at the time and got the manager to side with her saying I called her names which is untrue. On this day that I write this it is the second time she has done this to me and I have always been a good customer at the Smittey's in Millwood Town Center. I hereby request a complete ban om this Smitteys and hope others will agree with me. Ty for reading this post.

  I really enjoy the food. I love that they serve breakfast all day. I just hate the service. My family and I have had the same server the last 3 times we have gone there and it is always terrible. She gets our order wrong, she never checks on us and this last time tried using her pregnancy as a way to get tips. I understand it's a tough job being pregnant and on your feet all day, but it's a Service industry, we tip on Service. With only 4 tables, it's fairly easy to give great service. I honestly don't want to go back to this location because of her.

  What a friendly waitress! She was efficient and very attentive to our needs and requests. My grandkids enjoyed their breakfast; my hash browns were prepared according to my wishes! Coffee was topped up. Of course, we'd go again.

  it was always excellent on this restaurant why? first they have a very cheerful and polite staff second food is affordable and last is the ambiance is so calm that you can enjoy your meal...keep it up guys...

  We go here regularly on Sunday mornings and meet other friends for breakfast. The staff here always remember us and our orders and are extremely friendly. The food is always good, and the rewards are great which is why we always go back. Great place for breakfast.
