  When I first started eating at this restaurant the food and service was excellent... unfortunately now when they tell u 45 minute wait time and turns into 2.5 hrs three times in a row , food is prepared very poorly and the way they handle there business is pathetic ..myself and a large amount of people I know who ate there will no longer be....hope ur experience is much better

  I came in for my first visit ever and left very disappointed. I went up and scanned the menu and did not see any disclaimers for nut allergies. So I asked if they cooked with peanut oil. The cashier didn't speak English so my boyfriend flagged down the lady behind him and she just stared at us. I asked two more times and she said that they couldn't garuantee anything. I told her I understood but asked again if they cooked with peanut oil. She stared again and the manager came around the corner. He was the only one who seemed to communicate properly. He told me no, they do not cook with peanut oil, but since they had items on the menu with peanuts, they would do what they could to make sure there wasn't cross contamination. That was the answer I expected and was happy with. I placed my order and sat down and waited for 15 minutes. I got my order and went home. I ate a few bites and realized how gummy the chicken was. I pulled it out with my fork and wiped off the sauce in the sink. It was pink. I pulled out more pieces and it was all uncooked.
  Thanks for the terrible customer service and DISGUSTING food.

  I've been coming here intermittently for the past five years. Very good food. I hadn't been there for six months so I stopped in for a couple bubble teas. WORST SERVICE I've ever had at any restaurant anywhere. I waited - no exaggeration - 20 minutes for two drinks! And the guy who finally made them was complaining the entire time. He put the drinks onto the blender and WALKED away!!!! The drinks sat on the blender for another five minutes before another staff member poured them and then walked away to talk to someone! Worst experience ever. I will never go back.

  Come here often, great food many things to choose from. Food is always hot and fresh. I've tried most of the menu, haven't found something I don't like. Quickly prepared fresh food, clean restaurant. Friendly service.

  Pretty good assortment of food. Quality is good, not exceptional. You're placing an order at a counter - just like McDonald's - and when they hand you the debit machine, it asks you for the tip amount!
  
  Are you serious? A tip? For seating myself, retrieving the food myself, or for pouring my own fountain drink?
  
  Here's a tip - do ANYTHING above a fast food restaurant in order to get a monetary tip.
