  orderd 2 large pizzas and 4 sodas and 6 cheddar jalapeño dipping sauces. They arrived in a timely manner but to my discontent all off the cheddar jalapeño dipping sauces were separated or curdled if you will. I phoned and talked to customer service. After trying to explain the situation and that I didn't just want another 6 cheddar jalapeño dipping sauces that were most likely also spoiled as well he offerd a credit and I declined. I prefered some sauce with my pizza its simply a must. I suggested maybe getting sauces from a different establishment as I am dead center between 2 73's. Customer service said thats not possible. So I suggested that they check the box of of dipping sauces first they said they couldn't. I then asked to talk to the manager he came on the line full tilt and was extremely rude telling me not that they could not but they would not get me any sauces. Then he hung up on me. I am extremely displeased with this service

  I just received my order. After reading the reviews I was worried. The pizza was perfect and the chicken wings were very tasty. Glad I didn't go by the reviews. Will order again..

  Horrible customer service totally, the worst ever. When I went into the store, I waited for almost 1 min, and someone came out for me. I just wanted to use my coupon, and server's face expresses that I owe her 1 million dollars. One of my friends is the owner of pizza 73 franchise and I didn't see this before. When I tried to use the coupon, she was flipping up and down, and seems like I am an idiot or liar. I just want to say you don't even know the coupon, and you need to observe it so carefully? Omg so horrible. When I placed the order, she told me I need to wait for about 20 mins for a 12 inch pizza and 12 wings with NO CUSTOMER at all. Do not recommend to go that store and please close that store. Don't ruin the brand and reputation.

  Disturbing ordered some pizza and wings and found some curly short blonde hairs in my chicken wing nasty as hell never ordering pizza from pizza 73 again!!

  I'll continue ordering from Pizza73, but I'll likely go out of my way to avoid this location from now on. Every time I've picked up an order from this location, my patronage has been an obvious inconvenience for a miserable staff. It would kill someone to greet a customer with a smile. I've picked up orders with missing items, I've been given grief for ordering food too close to closing time with the online app (a full hour before posted closing time), sat in the lobby without acknowledgement for upwards of 10 minutes... This location either needs an overhaul of new management or just to be shut down. Sad.
