  Went here after a jiu jitsu tournament with some friends from the gym.
  We were starving after a long day of competition.
  
  The place is clean and nicely decorated in a contemporary fashion.
  Pho Du has cafeteria style ordering with a very small menu displaying a handful of different options for pho, vermicelli bowls and appetizers.
  
  The prices were average and the service was friendly and smiley :)
  
  My soup came out in a smaller portion to what I'm used to, but had good portions of perfectly cooked noodles, rare beef, chewy tripe and a piece of savory tendon.
  I asked for chili oil to be added to make the broth spicy and it came out perfectly. I ate the whole thing!
  
  As an appetizer, I ordered shrimp spring rolls. I didn't really like the sweet chili sauce they came out with, but the rolls themselves were very nice.
  
  No vietnamese coffee :(

  This is the best place in Edmonton to get a great bowl of Pho. Order the #7 if you like some spice, with a side of shrimp spring rolls. It's a 30 min drive from my house, but totally worth it as the food is fantastic and the service excellent.

  Very pleasant staff and friendly. I have been eating here since it's opening and flavours have always been top notch. If you like satay, they have their own homemade brand of this which out does any others I have experienced at other Pho restaurants.
