  Mt. Fuji has been one of my favorite sushi spots in the north side for a long time. Since they have moved locations, the decor is so much nicer, very big and spacious and it seems that they have added more to their menu. I will always be a customer here, and would highly recommend for everyone to check this place out!

  This was my first time ever at Mt. Fuji. At best, the food quality was mediocre, compared to sushi locations on Whyte Ave., and the establishment's decor gives the impression it's a fast food fusion with restaurant seating; it's difficult to tell whether it's passable as one, or the other.
  
  The small slices of salmon sashimi was freezer burned with absolutely no marbling to be charging $9.50 for 6 slices, that's not even equal to half of a salmon I could have bought at a local grocer. I let one of their servers know of my displeasure after the fact, but she didn't even offer to waive the fee. She kept apologizing and made an excuse that the sashimi was generally not like this.
  
  I will not be returning to this location, ever. In fact, this location gave me such a bad taste in my mouth that I doubt I'll ever want to visit any other Mt. Fuji location in the world in the future.

  We decided to come here after they changed locations. While the decor has improved we cannot say the same for the food.
  
  The udon soup broth was watery and flavourless while our sashimi had chunks of ice. I have also never had a more bland California roll before.
  
  We are unlikely to return.
