  Late night staff is slow. Orders are usually correct, but not anyways perfect. Of course did thru is preferred over in house orders. Food tastes like McDonald's.

  OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Couldn't even make a proper Big Mac because they were in a hurry to get you to leave. Also made me pay extra for my dipping sauce which should've been included with my nuggets, and ended up getting none! Ruined my night completely. What a mess.

  Drive through Ordered HOT coffee. It was busy and many cars, so took 10 or 15 mins. That's fine until I received COLD coffee. They kept opening receiving window in 0 degree winter, so my coffee which placed near the window was already cold. I saw there are also foods for later customer, probably it's been cold as well...

  This place has horrible customer service!! And the lines are always a long wait. Sometimes more then 15 minutes!! Putting your own order in and having to pay cash and them still not wanting to accept your cash because they think you havent ordered.. because the machine wont put out receipts. Terrible!!

  Without question the worst McDonald's in the city and that I have ever seen. Order is wrong 9/10 times no matter what time of day... But night shift is pathetic. Be prepared to wait for over 30 minutes while they regularly mill through people in the drive thru. Want to use the drive thru? Be prepared for them to ignore you and pretend they are closed. Then go inside and have them laugh about it. Lose your patience and ask for your money back after being mad to wait for another 30 minutes and then wait for 20 minutes for the night manager and fight with him over your receipt for food you never even got. Honestly this all happened to me over multiple occasions.
  AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. Go another 5 minutes to 34th Street or 66th Street. Wish I could give e it zero or lower stars
