  The same lady is always at the drive-through. I moved out of Edmonton almost 2 years ago and I remember how getting my coffee there was my favourite thing in the morning because she is always so cheerful, happy and nice. That is a great thing in a world of fast consumption.

  Horrible experiences, mostly in the evening. CONSTANTLY forgetting things, such as the extra mustard, or the no ice, or the extra fudge sauce that costs an arm for. And what do they say at the drive through window? Oh well, next please. Pretty frickin horrible. Day time people are on point, night time people need to learn better customer service skills and show some respect.

  I had obtained a VALID coupon from a contest that is NOT expired. This location would NOT honor this coupon saying it is not the original and is not valid. I even offered to show him the original email but he refused to even look at it. I used the SAME coupon at a different location and they were more than happy to provide me with my order. The manager at the Namao McDonald's is a VULGAR, USELESS, and INCOMPETENT filipino man who needs to learn english, customer service and be re-trained on how to work at McDonald's.

  I love the build your own burgers. Great beef and a great selection of condiments. Good salad. Convenient location .Freindly , polite , courteous staff. Definitely stop here again.
