  Terrible experience (for the second time) dealing with Masala wok for a business party. They will take a special order to deliver at a particular time but wont commit to the timely delivery. They will offer you a discount and then say "Oh, we are sorry, we thought you are Mr. X and we didnt intend to give you the discount". Their staff is careless, disrespectful and do not respond back. Trying to cheat onto customers. Please do not do catering from this place. There are better and friendlier restaurants in Edmonton.

  Have eaten here three times now and have never been disappointed. Prices are very average, or even low in some cases for the city. Everything I have had tried tasted amazing. If you need something, ask for it. Otherwise they will not bother you... I think its a cultural thing.

  terrible experience from owner to all servers.
  for God sake serve food at same time. rice sitting alone for 5 min then bring dry dish.. 10min after gravy dish.. naan coming when food is almost done.
  
  server and owner comes and argue...
  
  This have not changed over last couple ownership change, same attitude.
  
  food is ok, and service is terrible beyond anything.
  
  This review is coming from person who travels quite a bit and eat out 5 out of 7 days usually.
