  I find the staff to be cold and unfriendly. The wait times are very long and the prices are very high. Although the food is very tasty, the presentation can be sloppy.

  Went on a Monday for their special offer. They tried to rip me off by charging me 3 times the price for a feast meal at full price. Asked for just the chicken special and they offered their regular menu item that was close but totally not the special offer. Just worked a 12 hour shift at the nearby hospital and didn't want to get into a fight with the cashier so didn't bother making a fuss. Avoid avoid avoid. I hope the other locations are better.
  
  Edit: Gave a 1 star initially for the terrible experience. Food was good regardless of the terrible customer experience; updated to a 3 star in the interest of fairness. If you want good chicken check this place out; but the customer experience will probably be terrible which actually makes things more frustrating because the product is actually good.
