  They do not know what fast food is. Cannot handle peak times efficiently. Never waited so long at a KFC. Avoid this location

  They have the freshest chicken in the city. I have been to nearly all the KFC's in Edmonton in the last 5 years and when this location opened up we gave it a try and it was soooooo fresh and the staff always greets you when you arrive and when you leave they say good bye. LOVE this place.

  No one was in the drive through when I got there so I thought it would be quick. Ordered three things: a chicken bowl, two burritos, and popcorn chicken. Received: two burritos, popcorn chicken, and a poutine. They forgot to give me my drink even though they had about six lined up along the drive through window. I sat in the window long enough to watch them screw up two other people's orders inside while I waited. This is the second time I've been there and the second bad experience.

  Didn't spend too much time in the drive thru, but my 12 pieces of chicken took half an hour to get. The guy at the window came up and told us they ran out of chicken...at Kentucky fried CHICKEN. All fine and dandy I guess it's guaranteed fresh. He said there would be a 15 minute wait. Which was also no problem. 25 minutes later I went into the restaurant and he told me that we had to wait another 2 minutes. Half an hour later I finally have supper. Meanwhile the drive thru seemed to be getting there chicken. Make it home and it's over cooked and dry. Terrible.
