  The most axing service Ibe ever had! I've worked in restaurants for many years and our server was fantastic. I had burno ribs and never had to say anything she noticed before I could tell her. I didn't want another rack I was full from my sides. The manager had came over and gave me a FULL order of crab on the house. He was just so nice and apologetic. I've never had a manager like that before. I highly recommend going there.

  Amazing service! My friend and I went to the keg March 9 and his steak wasn't the way he wanted it cooked. They cooked a brand new whole dinner for him and comped the meal for us. Unbelievable! Adam is the manager there and the customer service him and his staff provide is just remarkable. Thanks again Adam! There should be more managers like you out there!

  The staff were very easy customer service oriented. The waitress was very informative and made sure to ask if my girlfriend and I were celebrating anything. She was quick to offer wine samples which resulted in a purchase of a wine bottle. My girlfriends steak came a little more rare than expected so they took it back and brought it back with fresh sides. The manager actually brought the steak back to us to see if there were any more concerns that can be fixed but we were fine. We were checked on again by the manager (very respectful man) again later. Over all a fine time and good food. Oh

  Company took us here 24 of us for Xmas dinner and the food was amazing, the deserts are outrageously great value!
  
  Manager came out and greeted us, the servers were amazing, no order mix up's, the food was great my baseball steak was fantastic and I'm not even a big steak person but I was talked into trying it.
  We ordered shots last minute on various bills and of various amounts, everything was still correctly show on our bill while they were busy so we all left happy and of course got home safe.
  
  Wouldn't hesitate for a second to re book a large crowd here.

  We were greeted with a big smile and seated immediately. Our hostess was wonderful. But our server Holly was absolutely amazing! ! She was upbeat and suggested the special without any rushing us. She was so happy and energetic! She made wine suggestions and brought samples.
  Once we ordered, it was a very short time before she served our meals. They actually had to cool down as the food was hot.
  Holly and fantastic food made the Keg in West Edmonton an evening to remember. She even made suggestions for a return visit
