  The Italian Place is one of my favorite places to go, the service is always great and the food is always good! They have a great selection of drinks, and their coffee is fantastic as well. They even validate your parking for you, so you don't have to worry about paying for parking before you go in. It's always a good time at The Italian Place, and I highly suggest taking a visit for yourself. Great central location as well!

  Horrible. Stopped in to try it out for the first time today. Had appointments at the hospital that took way longer than expected and just needed a place to eat with two very small babies in tow. Arrived at 3:15pm and were informed that the kitchen was shutting down because to cook had to be somewhere at a certain time. Hours supposed were 9am - 9:30 pm today (on a Monday).
  Though the waitress was nice, I could hear someone from the back saying we could only get a pizza or pasta.
  Felt very rushed and decided to leave after seeing a worker rolling his eyes at us. Won't be going back there again.

  I was really impressed with The Italian Place during our recent visit. Unfortunately my wife couldn't order a mojito due to the mint not being up to their standard of freshness, but I was impressed they would take the quality of even a minor ingredient so seriously. The service was extremely good and the food was outstanding as well--the ribs were surprisingly good for an Italian restaurant, probably the most tender I've had. I don't usually write reviews for things, but the service and food were so good I can't help but want to suggest this place to someone else.

  Ordered poached eggs hard, got them runny. Asked for them to be redone. 15 minutes later they came out hard all right....like rubber boiled in vinegar! When I asked if I could a discount I heard a NO from the back. At least the waitress was nice and the coffee was good.
