  Yesterday Saturday May 27 was my first time eating at this place. i came here with my cousin and her friend, placed on table 10. menu was amazing. i ordered crepe combo with bacon, hash brown, and egg. when the food arrived, the server gave me sausage instead of bacon. i told him i ordered bacon so he replaced it. that was fine coz mistakes happen. but then when i started eating the eggs, there's an egg shell on the eggs! size of a fingernail. when the server came back to check on us, i told him about it and that i already ate some of the eggshell. he just said, "oh... if i changed it would you still eat?" I'm hungry so i just said yes. when he came back with the food, he haven't said anything. very disappointing. he just put it on the table in front of me.
  note: he didn't even said sorry about the food. i bet it wasn't reported to the manager or any supervisor.

  9 pm at night and the service is super slow on a Saturday night
  ...few staff in view and they just stand around. me I'm hungry... I wanna eat their franchised items in the breakfast area.. doubt I'd do a tip . be better id think if they organiZed their staff better. there's are maybe 6 people here .this server Jackie was lazy ... I hope they don't expect a tip. gives us a wrong plate and asks what a wrong

  Had a server named Charles, who was by far the very best server I have ever had. He was friendly and helpful, as well as funny! He gave my dad, who just got out of the hospital, extra toast and extra strawberries for myself. Definitley one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time:)

  Loved the IHOP staff and restaurant, 5 stars. The server we had on Sunday the 14th, amazing. Only want him the next time!
  
  Note : There are lots of crying and screaming kids for ya if you're into that kinda thing (the family thing). It's not IHOP's fault, blame humanity.

  Great place for breakfast and lunch. Theres a wide variety of food that are reasonably priced. The portions are big too. Staff is friendly and the wait times aren't that long during busy hours.
