  Darren the server was absolutly on his game. But I have to say there is a strong love of vinegar here. The Benny and the house Ketchup are very heavy on the vinegar. Portion sizes are good. And the place is clean. I would say overall good. The coffee actually was good. Didn't need to drowned out the flavour :)

  Excellent service, and friendly staff. If you are a First Responder and show up in uniform, they provide a 10% discount (great for post-shift breakfast.. or dinner). Cinnamon buns with their bourbon caramel sauce are a must for breakfast!

  An Edmonton staple, the High Level Diner is a classic that has been here for longer than I have, and it's never lost its charm or sense of purpose. What else can I say? It's great dinner food, in a cool location. Oh, and their breakfast rocks.

  Food is so tasty and it's such an eclectic place with the artwork and decor! It was a slow day as weather had changed but great service and the menu was a treat to go through! Specials of the week looked varied and delicious and I'll be back for the Ukrainian Thursday and the Rib Friday specials! Highly recommended!

  Stopped in with the family for breakfast on our way to the Kinsmen Sports Center.
  
  I had a mango and banana smoothie with the Farmer's Omelette and their home-made ketchup. The smoothie was good, and the omelette was pretty decent, but nothing to rave about. My son had the Wild Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes, with the raspberry and maple syrups. These were three huge pancakes, and too much for him to eat in one sitting. My wife had the roasted granola and yogurt, along with a chai latte, and she enjoyed both.
  
  We also got some cinnamon buns for the road, looking forward to having those later.
