  I've been coming here for years with my mom, step-dad, and his family. The food is quick and fantastic, and has always been able to feed our table of anywhere from 5 to 8 people. Worth coming from the north side, will always love this place!

  I have ordered food here often. The food is OK, some dishes are better than others but nothing overly special. There is a good selection of dishes so you should be able to find ones that you like and learn which ones not to buy. Price is not bad and there is a lot of food for the money. As you may have seen from others reviews the downside is wait time and customer relations. Very Slow delivery, 1 hour or more and in some cases like today it took 1hr, 45mins. It is Chinese New Year today but the worker who took my order said nothing about delays. I have ordered take out in the past and asked for a pick time but this didn't matter as It was over a 1/2 hour wait in the restaurant for my food.

  A lot of mixed reviews on here. I am Caucasian, my wife is Filipina. We love the food. And you get large portions for the price. Usually always order from here. Tried Amazing Wok last time. Never again. Good buddy way better hands down!

  I have been eating at this restaurant since I was in Grade 4, and now I'm an undergraduate. Might as well as write an review.
  
  I'll admit, back then, the portions were much greater and perhaps the quality was slightly higher than what it is now, but it's still a family restaurant that I love and would recommend.
  
  My personal favourites have been the salt and pepper fried squid, green onion cake, and the crispy ginger chicken. There's a lot more other food that I haven't tried, but I expect that the overall taste and quality is much more above average than what I find in other restaurants like Buddy Wong.
  
  Wouldn't recommend getting their bubble tea though. That needs a lot of improvement, but the overall quality is still amazing.
