  I ordered a brooklyn style pepp (which btw is the best pizza on the planet!) i asked for it to be cut in squares- cook didnt see the note and cut it in pie shape. So guess what they did.. They cooked me a whole new one! And gave me the one cut in the pie shapes!! That right there is amazing customer care! Thank you guys. Pizza is always amazing!

  Usually have very great service from here but today was a different story- and it wasn't even our order. I'm at a business, the only one out on the floor, and in comes the pizza delivery man with an order. Due to our address and location we tend to get a lot of orders through our door that aren't ours and we let them know that it's either the two business's next door and not to worry- this happens all the time. When he came in I was on the phone with a customer. The gentleman put the order on our counter, and continued to talk on his personal phone. Once I completed my customer service I was able to turn to him and let him know that it wasn't our order, it's either two businesses next door. He turned away from me after a long, heavy sigh and started packing his things. I apologized for the situation and he turned away, chin in the air with the order, ignoring me. I called after him to have a good day and he continued to ignore me as he walked through the door.
  Your staff are usually very friendly! I was quite surprised at his poor attitude.

  Regular customer. However tonight when I got home with my pizza I quickly noticed that the dipping sauces I paid for were not in the pizza box as expected. Would be happy to upgrade this review to a 5 star if I'm comped for those sauces next time I come by.

  Great customer service.
  Delivery has always been speedy and Hamal (I think thats his name) is always very polite at the door and makes great conversation during the transaction. cool dude!

  A living nightmare and I am starving ..when I place my order it didn't ask me for my number no they used my old number when I set up the account years ago..so when the driver found the place in front of me and behind me he took the food back cause he called my old number and there was no answer..then when I tried to talk to the manager they just sided with the driver and just wanted to bring the old food that has been sitting there for over a hour now ..I will never order from here again atleast 73 makes it here at a good time let them appreciate my business ..these people can barely speak English much less find a address..their customer service sucks..and there should be a option to give a current number and use a damn map or gps if you can't find something ..giving up should never be a option..
