  Went there many times as location is convenient. Staff manners became worse over time, culminating yesterday when, as I was waiting to be seated in line, the cashier -Snow?!- pulled out of the line the guy behind me to seat him at the table. I promptly asked why, as he came well after me, and she quickly impolitely replied " because he is a regular". There is plenty of Vietnamese places in the city, I will never go there again or recommend it to any of my business partners.

  Food is ok, but not amazing compared the other Vietnamese restaurants in Edmonton, the portions are good. The service is very bad, we had a large group and they took forever to get our orders and they didn't fill our Waters, and charged 18 percent auto tip. Not impressed.

  I have been going to Doan's at this location for years. Always great food. Very affordable. Clean. Staff are attentive and speedy...except with the bill. Just go to the Bar and say you want to pay. Don't expect them to bring you the bill.
