  Very disappointing, visited this location since they opened, never the same amount of fries always different portions and smaller than any other location. I approached the manager who was at a customer table with scattered paperwork, showed her a photo of my meal purchased on April 28th with my receipt, and could only say "They are supposed to weigh the fries!" Did not offer any solution, did not say sorry, as a matter of fact did not say much at all, and continued doing her paperwork. I have written to the head office as well!

  This location has really gone downhill, poorly trained staff with little to no customer service skills. Last visit, was charged for the wrong drinks and both the cashier and manager rolled their eyes at me. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Londonderry location.

  Machines werent working, gave me the wrong sandwich, refunded my drink because they couldnt make it, salad on burger was soggy and yellow, the sauce was pink and runny... so im hoping it was watery ketchup and mayonnaise... very unhappy with their food this while year, not just on this occasion... they got 2 stars because the food was edible but not enjoyable at all!

  Last night, my sister and I went to Dairy Queen. Wanted to end the night enjoying one of our favourite treats, however it truly was DISAPPOINTING. My sister's blizzard was awful, including the texture, it just seemed spoiled!!! As for mine, it was perfectly fine till half way when I realized I consumed few strands of hair. The first time, I naturally assumed it was mine, till I ended up having more hair in my month. You can certainly say I felt ill afterwards knowing the lact of food safe practise at that particular joint. The sad part, that was my very first Dairy Queen experience. I Won't be going back again due to the awful taste in my month.
