  Good, high quality food. But having been to some other great restaurants in Edmonton, I can't give it a 5/5. For the price, I would rather go somewhere with more unique dishes.
  Corso felt more like a fancy Chiati's - just an upscale pasta place. I say that having had a fish entree - it was good, but again, I have had better for the price point. The service was great though, and the atmosphere is nice and cozy!

  Food was only OK, nothing special. The arancini was really good, as was the chocolate torte. Loved the food porn in the bathrooms. The restaurant was kept too cold, everyone had their jackets on. Overall, wasn't worth the 2 month wait to get a table

  Amazing food! Little bit pricey for the portion sizes but it's all so well made that's it's very worth it! Service is quite good and the environment is very relaxing.

  Once again a great dining experience but the Ragu Italian sausage dish is way too fatty. They should syphon off some of that during the rendering process, I know I know fat is flavour but too much of a good thing. Other than that it was superb!

  Wine list was amazing and the server had a large knowledge of Italian wines; however, we found the food extremely underwhelming and lacking. Food was either super bland or super salty -- I would actually much rather eat at the Sicilian Pasta Kitchen then return to Corso. Homemade ricotta lacked flavor; pork choppa was extremely bland; the pasta was overtly salty. We were so disappointed with our visit that we cancelled our reservation to Uccellino for the following week in the middle of our dinner at Corso.
  
  Despite our disappointment with the food, the service was absolutely amazing and their wine list was top notch.
  
  Maybe we went on an off night, but due to our experience and the price tag we will not return.
