  Ordered a 12oz ribeye medium, came out well done. Another table guest ordered 6oz steak medium, came out well done. Took over an hour to get our food. Had to obtain our own ketchup, hp sauce, and had to refill our own water at one point. First time here, will probably be my last.

  Nice atmosphere good for families with kids and friends just hanging out. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good size portions :). Kids meals come pretty quickly. Adult meals not so fast.

  Our server was awesome. But order 6oz steak came out rare, sent it back, never got it. Found out they left it out and had to cook a new one. We got at the restaurant at 7pm and finally got the steak at 8:30pm

  Food looked nothing like their photos. Got the spicy fish tacos with expectations of a meaty taco but instead got 5 small shrimp(51-60). The coleslaw was pretty much the main ingredient not the shrimp. Plus avocado slices are $2 and they give you two small end pieces with one middle slice. So not worth the 20 minute wait

  We went on a Saturday afternoon around 2:15pm. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant so we thought food would come quickly. It took a ridiculous amount of time for the food to come to our table and we were only 3 people. Once we started eating, our sweet potato fries were cold and the dipping sauce was super liquidy. My dad and I both had the buffalo ranch chicken burger but the chicken felt rubbery and it didn't taste like buffalo sauce at all. It had no spice what-so-ever to it. The waitress never checked in on us at all while we were eating either. Overall, everything was less than mediocre. I used to love Chili's but I will never return to a Chili's restaurant again.
