  Terrible service. Came here for dinner with some friends after a movie and will never go back to this location. Ordered the watermelon cooler to drink and the server didn't even know what it was, she kept calling all of us "honey" and then put in one of our orders wrong because she doesn't know the menu. When the food came out we had to ask for utensils, the guy serving it had no clue what he was bringing to the table because he doesn't know the menu either and the corn that was advertised as grilled and seasoned was just plain boiled corn with nothing on it. So we have to wait ten minutes to flag down the waitress who was avoiding our table to tell her we aren't paying $20 for two chicken strips and she just goes into the kitchen and brings out more chicken and a basket of fries and explains she had no clue what the meal was and ordered it wrong. She never came back to our table after that and then acted like she "felt bad" when the food wasn't consumed because it wasn't what we ordered but made no offer to fix it or take the food off the bill. Spoke to someone after the meal about the service and they just stared at us like a deer in the head lights and said absolutely nothing. The bartender doesn't how to make drinks, the kitchen can't make food properly and the server can't order it properly because nobody working there knows the menu. Save your money and go to five guys.

  Terrible food, drinks and service. Went here after a movie, check the reviews first this chilis has the worst reviews of any restaurant in Windermere, with good reason. Bartender can't mix drinks, watermelon cooler was undrinkable, way too sour, I ordered a whiskey sour like I do at every restaurant, this was the worst one I've ever had, couldn't taste the whiskey, just sour. Salsa was runny and lacking any flavour. The guacamole was pretty good, but that was the only thing that was. I ordered 4 honey chipotle chicken tenders on waffles with fries. I got 2 pieces with no fries, asked where the rest was, server didn't know the difference between starter and main course. Took one bite and didn't eat the rest. Server charged me for the whole meal. My servers name was Monika. Monika, DO NOT call people you serve HONEY, especially women, they don't appreciate it and it makes you look stupid, and when your customer doesn't eat their meal the appropriate thing to do is to NOT charge them for it. The person who brought out the food didn't even know what the dishes names were or what food was on the plate. When I complained to staff they just stood there with blank expressions and didn't say anything or offer to reimburse me for my meal which I didn't eat. My bill was 107.37$ and it's the first time I have left a $0 tip. Ruined my entire evening. Go to Montanas or BP's, this chilis won't last long. I can see why they have the lowest reviews of any restaurant in that area.

  Server needs to calm down and stop running around so much. She was just saying what she had to say and didn't even hear out what we had to say about the food. That's why I am leaving what I had to say online.
  All the workers seems to be very judgemental.
  The whole time I was there I just saw all of them talking in the front and not even paying attention to the customers.
  The food was too salty.
  Over all not the best choice of restaurant.
