  Perhaps it was because, we went on a Sunday night. The prime rib was very dry and hard to eat. The waitress did not come to refill our water. There was nobody at the carving station, we waited a few minutes just standing till we were noticed. The Pork rib on the bone was good, soft, tender fall of the bone kind. Mostly Asian food, sweet sours etc. They have nacho station, salad bar, ice cream machine, soups, fruits and the fondue machine. It was too expensive for what was there. Perhaps if the prime rib wasn't dry and tough my experience might have differed.

  It seems as of the waitress who "served" us today, was preoccupied with better things to do.
  
  The first time she came to check up on how our meal was going, she literally came up to the table and held out some napkins without so much as a squeek. Then to top it off, she proceeded to turn around and leave, forgetting to ask if we wanted our empty glasses refilled, and also leaving 2 empty plates on table.
  
  We were there with 2 other tables seated. So I am very confused as to how we were so neglected. .
  
  Needless to say, seeing as the waitress was in a foul mood and wasn't looking to make anyone happy today, we left without tipping.
  
  That made her even more upset.
  Look, Buffet Royale, if you can't hire people that are friendly and welcoming, you're going to have a hard time getting your Google review score up.
  
  It's sad how low it is when it could be so much better with some better management.

  AMAZING. Best buffet I have EVER been to. Honestly was so shocked, so much variety, ALL the staff was very friendly and so nice to us , very clean , staff was always around to help aswell. Very very impressed

  Food was great good selection. Kids loved cotton candy. Waitress was very kind helped us with the cotton candy machine . will come back again.

  Decent food, but overpriced. Need more variety. Went 2 days in a row, same food. Went a week later, same food. Variety would be nice. Service is poor.
