  Ordered online this evening for delivery, got bolognese sauce for my spaghetti instead of the tomatoe marinara I ordered (common mistake) . Called in right away and The manager was super polite about it and sent a delivery driver with the correct order right away! Very impressed with the customer service.

  No stars three times I ordered. First time. Raw uncooked pizza dough it arrived ten min after I ordered it it was disgusting ended up in the garbage .I called to complain. They gave me a credit
  So I ordered a burger. If the bread wasn't as dry as sawdust the burger I could of used to play hockey it ended up in the garbage yet again . Last night at 11 pm nothing was open I tried one last time .I spoke to the manager told him my previous experiences. He said oh we will be sure to get it right this time . So I said ok. "Thin crust well done so its crunchy "
  I waited in anticipation the Big Crunch of the first bite the point was soggy the crust was crunchy .another pizza in the garbage another 30.00 wasted .I called they offered me a refund .ok ..so I just have to go pick it up from the location. Which I can't be bothered to do without a car . But just know they have great customer service the people who take the calls and spoke with me were so nice.but they have problems with the food .so late night snacking in Beverly is a sad sorry state !

  We ordered a large bacon double cheeseburger pizza and thought it was really good. We had it delivered and it was here in less than the time they quoted. A little pricey but very good.

  If you want to experience Abbottsfield in a chain restaurant then go to Boston Pizza. It is ok, but the portions are small and the prices high like every single BP out there. Not sure how BP stays in business. Better restaurants out there.
