  Was charged $17 for a lunchtime half brute and french onion soup. I assume this is due to the soup not being an option with the lunch deals so they charged me full price to sub the soup in (but where was my side, then, since I paid the full price of a separate french onion soup?)
  
  I could have bought a *full* brute, with side, AND french onion soup for about that price. Something makes no sense. Checked the receipt and it doesn't make sense of it all.
  
  Also mentioned to the waitress that there was no onion on my brute, which is part of what makes the sandwich what it is. She apologized but didn't bother discounting the bill in any way.
  
  Not huge problems but I'm not happy with being charged incorrectly for incorrectly prepared food. Won't be back to this location.

  I will NEVER eat at this BPS. My daughter went to highschool with a boy who worked at this location in the kitchen and told my daughter if someone annoys them or orders something really complicated they spit in their food. My daughter told me this years ago and I still cringe when I drive by this BPS but if this individual is still working at this location, he deserves to be fired.
