  We visit yesterday with my two kids, feel wonderful, have nachos as a starter and BBQ chicken pizza, nachos chips are really good. Walaa take care us for everything, visit soon again .

  I was told her name was Bailey
  
  I ordered wings and vegetables, I literally got one piece of celery and a carrot piece with my 3/4 of a pound wings. I kindly asked the waitress why such a scarce serving? She told me she would talk to the manager about it. Apparently her response was that if I can't deal with my serving then I should put a comment slip in the comment box. I asked for this Bailey manager to come out so I can question her on her response, since I emmediately felt insulted. I was told she left her shift early so she wasn't available. (Sure right?) I worked at a fine dinning Italian restraunt in Ontario a few years ago, this behaviour from a manager is faux-pas and unprofessional. Behind them, at this location, a new Social Browns is opening up. I live in the area, I won't be returning to this Boston Pizza again. I shouldn't have to be treated like a peasant by a manager because I ordered the days special and got a lacking return. Good luck to this Boston Pizza's shareholder with this managing staff after the competition opens up in their back yard.

  I enjoyed my trip to this BP. HQ Thai bites and baked Chipotle bacon penne.. On a Tuesday it was about 20$. Well worth it. Penne was super hot so I almost burned my mouth... I guess that was my bad.
  
  Edit: I'm bitter about the price increase on some already expensive food.
  
  Still good.

  I can only describe this place as one of the worst restaurant I have ever been to... walked in with my family and mom ordered food, waited for 20 minutes finally we got the food my plate has a very long discusting hair, I said some thing like that happen anywhere , called the waitress she took the plate and in 5 minutes brought me the same plate but with intentionally adding 3/4 of the plate peper and hot souce where I almost fainted from how hot it was... simply the waitress came back and said sorry and took the plate away so I ended up eating nothing, called the manager to talk to her , she talked to me as if it'd something completely normal and always happen in that place... it's a shame customer service never ever again
