  One of their wait staff is the loudest most obnoxious woman I've ever met in my life and she wasn't even ours. Service is middling at best. Food is decent, but their selection isn't actually all that great. Their pastas are good if you get the right cook for them. For buffets, it's "okay".

  It was an unpleasant time. I was invited to a baby shower Buffet and the General manager was absolutely rude. Because no one was coming to offer us service two friends and I went to ask for coffee even we did not have time to ask because this man who was sitting in the bar about the coffee snapped at us an told us to go and someone will serve us in the room. when someone finally a server came and I asked who this person was they said he was the general manager. this is absolutely unacceptable service and I want something done about this. I will make sure everyone I know and everyone they know what kind of service the Bonanza buffet on Calgary Tail provides.

  At first glance when I walked in, it looked like a clean and interesting place. Until I got to the food. Just simply awful. The wontons int he wonton soup tasted as if it had been sitting there for a couple days and they just reheat it. The breakfast items they had were stale. The Chinese selection tasted very bad. My friend even found a bone in one of the pork spring rolls. And the waitress who ``served`` us didn`t even wait until we had finished our drinks to take the glasses away. I didn`t bother taking the 10% off next meal card since I DO NOT plan on going back, nor do I recommend anyone going there! Not unless you truly have no sense of taste.

  we went there for mother's day had over 20 ppl coming they found a table pretty fast even though it was busy service was good and the food was good as well what i didnt like that they had a price sign of how much adult 19.99 and kids 8.99 cost with if fine but they never posted a sign next to it saying mother's day buffet of 27.99 should have been in the same place none of our table knew till we got our bill the server said was posted when we left we seen it but was very little barely seen it by anyone if it was posted by the other price then everyone would have seen it and to jack it up on a holiday cause you know it's going to be busy i think its a ripped off cause of that will never go there again no resturant should jack up their prices cause its holiday or a special day
