- 2 / 5By Charles F. GrayWe went here as a dive bar run on a friend's bachelor party. We didn't go to them all but most. Really not much to see. Old carpet from the 1980's, VLT machines, and a British dungeon like vibe that Henry the 8th could have designed himself. A place that it seems is mostly void of sunlight with the glow of VLT machines beckoning the gamblers to spend their last dime.
There is history here back in the day when the locally famous Beverly Crest K.... would drink up here. The Beverly Boys also would hang out here as well. This was way back in the 1970's and 1980's. It probably was happening much more back in the day but only the rare few still around would know.
It is what it is. A bar on its final run living on the avails of cheap draft and VLTs.
