  I've been eating here since they opened. I love their customer service and the food has never disappointed! This is my goto for donairs. I've never had an issue with delivery either and I've ordered dozens of times since they opened. Today I ordered a special combo from them and it was an old cheaper price on my menu and I was offered the lower price without even having to bring it up myself. I'll keep going there!

  I'd love to give five stars but the only thing was that our fries were not crispy at all. Last time they were perfect but this time they were soft and not as good, the shawarma was superb and very tasty! Still will come back again.

  Previously ordered the margarita pizza from here and it was delicious. Tonight, it is literally the quality of 7/11 pizza. No joke. Sauce tastes like a pizza pop, and the crust tastes like it's been under a heat lamp for days. My boyfriend, roommates and I have been long time customers here, and have ordered hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of food. They have now permanently lost our business.

  Not impressed. Went in to order, pick up and take home. Was charged for toppings that weren't included on the donairs (even after asking if it was included when the donairs were packed up). Bland, taziki was runny and had no taste. The restaurant itself literally feels greasy and dirty. While waiting for the food I sat down at a table and it had a grease film on the table (as did all of the others). I feel dissatisfied, disappointed and ripped off. Everyone reviewing on here saying how great it is must not have tastebuds. I won't be back ever.

  their donairs are really good but forgot to give the onion rings when i went to pick it up. the next day i ordered pizza for home delivery and they forgot to give the salad. the pizza was cold and there wasnt enough meat on it.
