  I am not happy with the website to put it nicely, it is not very user friendly. The coupon that we we had was for online orders only. If they want us to order online the website needs a major over haul. The pizza that we received was not very good, mostly dough with very little toppings. I am within walking distance of the Ellerslie location but will be getting my pizza from elsewhere. This is such a shame, with so much competition I don't see how pizza Hut stays in business. Please take a look at how you do business.

  They are always extremely friendly at the counter. My order is always done right, which is refreshing when you consider the sorry excuse for restaurant service in Edmonton. They have good deals, and my order is always fresh and on time. It seems they're having problems with the hours on google though, Google said they close at 8 pm on Saturday. Haha I can't imagine a world where that would be true. Saturday they are actually open to 1 am! =)

  COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE AND IGNORANT SERVICE FROM ORDERING OVER THE PHONE THROUGH CAROL AND TALKING DIRECTLY TO THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT ORDER PIZZA AND THESE MORONS HAVE TO GET THERE HEADS OUT OF THEIR ASSES. GO TO DOMINOS PIZZA GREAT PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND PROMPT SERVICE !

  Never again. Myself and my friend are currently sick to our stomachs at the moment, only an hour after eating their pizza. I can also second the review that states how the pizza is hairy and looks as though it was dropped, however I used to brush it off as I own cats. After today though, I now realize that this place is likely to be unsanitary.
