  The Tim Hortons in the arrivals has the WORST customer service ever. The lady who's making the sandwich blamed me for not getting my order. I was waiting for 10 minutes for my chicken noodle soup because she gave it to the wrong customer. I was waiting bwsode the till where they gave the sandwiches. She blamed me for her mistake. I asked then 3 times for my soup but she just gave me a glare and start arguing with me. REALLY RUDE !

  Horrible.... Asked for chicken wrap they said we out of chicken.... Then i said i want steak and cheese again sorry we out of steak haha so i ordered turkey wrap and they forgot to put some ingridiens in it.... what a joke

  Horrible service from a young woman whose name I don't know cause there was no name tag, be warned of purple hair and massive frown on her face. Zero knowledge of menu, zero effort or care! Lame...

  What a horrible experience. The staff are ridiculously slow, and my sandwich didn't even have cheese on it. When I ordered a croissant, they said they didn't have any. When I asked for an iced-coffee, they said they didn't have any. What a joke - definitely enjoyed my Starbucks more than this disgusting food!!! The food was slapped together and messy!

  This is not the tim hortons at all. Very slow and irresponsible service. We ordered breakfast it was very cold and it didnt even taste like tims.
