  Stir your coffee!!!! I come get coffee at least twenty times a week and it's always to go and when I leave and take a sip and it's not stirred then I have to pour out half the cup so at least I can drink it. So that puts me in a bad mood for the next few hours and I loss money by only getting half a cup to drink. As far as I am concerned you owe me at least thirty to forty cups of coffee. So I hope you fix this and compensate me for the money I have lost because of this. If you don't fix it and give me some sort of reimbursement I will take this matter higher and higher up the chain right to your head office and you don't want that. I have the will and the means to make this my mission. Oh yeah, dipping the spoon in and out of the cup doesn't make it stirred like he did today.

  Drive through is VERY slow. They didn't listen to my order, got it wrong and had no clue what I ordered when I got to the window.....it was only 2 breakfast meals with coffees... Nothing fancy or any mods. We will avoid this location in the future.

  Holy crap. I spent almost a half hour in the drive thru today! RIDICULOUS! I understand that things happen but COME ON. As soon as I rolled up to the second window the girl shut the window...didn't even say hello. I sat at the window for 20 minutes....with no communication. Then when I got my grilled chicken wrap all I got was "sorry for your wait, bye"
  
  That's it...customer service is a lost art. Avoid this location at all costs

  It took me nearly 10 minutes to place an order due to the inexperienced staff working at the tills. Once the order was placed by a senior member of staff, one sandwich came with a different filling than what I ordered, that I had to exchange. Currents Dr Macdonald's has better trained staff comparing to Riverbend Sq branch. I won't return to this Macdonald's again.

  It's McDonald's, you know what you are getting. Though I have had a few misses here like a completely cold McGriddle with no sausage on it from the drive through one morning.
