  Usually pretty busy on the weekends. When I first moved to Edmonton my girlfriend and I would come here once a week for a bite to eat. It's gone way downhill but that's because of corporates changes to the menu. Calamari would blow places like Original Joe's out of the water but it was removed. Stop taking stuff off the menu and you'll retain customers instead of forcing them to go other places like I have.

  The food is pretty good, but not really customization. This isn't they type of restaurant that prepares everything themselves. I think a lot of it is just reheated and served. I think this is true of all Boston Pizza's.

  I've been eating here for about a year or so now and the food was fairly okay, the staff was friendly when I ate in; some mishaps here and there with special orders but the food was at least cooked. Recently, they must've gotten a new cook, as I feel like the food is being undercooked. Maybe about half a month ago I'd gotten Chicken Fingers to go from this building. The food was okay and seemed cooked, but about an hour later I got severely ill. It felt like food poisoning, but I'm not sure. Last night, my family was going to eat out, and had picked this place again. I got the Southwestern Flat Bread Pizza this time; again, to go, and within a couple bites I could tell the meat was undercooked. Safe to say that if my family decides to eat here again, I'll just make something at home.
